For anyone looking to learn PHP, here is a great resource! CodeIgniter is my favorite PHP framework. It’s object oriented, active record enabled, model-view-controller based and it’s lean and mean.
I just finished coding this for my wife’s business. This is actually just one portal of 4, but the look is relatively the same across them all.
It’s coded using CodeIgniter, Prototype, JQuery, Datatables, Prototype, Highcharts and some good ol’ Ajaxy goodness. Took me almost 4 months. About 10,000 to 12,000 lines of code.
