Ok, sorry for not posting in a while. I’ve been really busy with eBandLive.com and have had little time to do anything else. Blah. Anyway I will be putting up my art at Dunn Bros. at the East Lake Street store this Sunday. It will run through the entire month of September. The address is:

Western Fifth’s “Stand Like A Thief” has officially been printed. I got my copy a few days ago. It looks great. Be sure to pick up a copy at one of their shows. Inside is a poster insert with lyrics and the other side is a full page art piece by moi (that’s ‘me’ to the layperson).

Josh (bassist) stopped over a few minutes ago and I just got my copy of the Western Fifth CD and poster and they look great! Once I get over to the studio (maybe tomorrow) I’ll photograph it to add to the portfolio. CopyCats Media did the pressing and printing and it looks awesome. The band leaves for tour this Wednesday. A fan of Wilco? You all should really check them out! Anyway, that’s all I have to say…

The album artwork for Western Fifth’s full-length record is now complete. Woo hoo! The band digs it and I’m happy with how it came out. The record is titled, Stand Like A Thief. I’ve had the opportunity to listen to the entire record and I must say I’m really impressed. It’s a well put together album from beginning to end. Nice job guys!
I’m hearing from the band that they will be touring very soon (mid-August?) and you’ll be able to pick up the album at their shows. Oh by the way, it’s a 4-panel digipak package. They commissioned me to put together an 11×17 artwork poster piece in true Metrofader style to accompany the CD. The poster also has the lyrics printed on it. Cool, eh? Well enough of me babbling. Here is the final artwork…

Good news… I uploaded images to the Gallery. The Gallery consists of my artistic ideas meant for purchase on several different mediums, such as canvas and high quality print.
