It’s no doubt been a long time since I’ve posted here. After a long break to work my startup company, ebandLive.com, I’m back to a semi normal life. I’m in the process of selling the marjority share of my company to a local Minneapolis music production house. It feels weird to ‘let go’ but there is not a single doubt in my mind that they won’t make it an even bigger success. They have the managment expertise with growing a company, bringing it to the VC level and beyond. Meanwhile I’m setting aside my programming hat and dusting off my camera and canvas! I hope to get back into the swing of things soon! Keep it here…

In other news, my art at Dunn Bros. in Edina will be coming down at the end of this month. I have another show lined up in January at a really cool place in January! Along with that I’ve been testing some new presentation material for my artwork. It’s looking really great and I’m excited for the show coming up in Jan. I will post more info as that becomes available. In the meantime, have a great Thanksgiving if I don’t post again before.

Just a quick note today. I have a few pieces hanging at Dunn Bros in Edina. See the address below. I believe there are about 5 pieces up and they’ll be showing all the month of November. Saturday morning I went through some old unpublished work and was inspired to re-work it a little. I’ve been spending much, if not all, of my time with ebandLive outside of doing anything creative. Unless you consider programming in Notepad creative. I hardly think so. Although things are settling down a bit.

Anyway, if you’re near the Dunn Bros store I hope you get a chance to see my work up. I will have another showing starting in January in the Uptown area of Minneapolis and by then I will have some brand new work for sure.  Thanks!

Hey everyone, I’m a little late in posting this… some of my artwork is showing at the Dunn Bros. on University and 6th. There are about 7 pieces up. So if you’re in the neighborhood, please stop by and have a looksee.

Next month I’ll be showing at a Dunns in Edina but I’m not entirely sure of the address just yet. When I find out, I’ll be sure to post it here.

I’m getting some good feedback and sales. I can’t complain about that. So anyway, on a totally unrelated note… Bayside is playing The Triple Rock tomorrow. The early show. They’re in the midst of supporting their new record. I’ve heard some of it on Myspace and I’m loving it. If you can make it, make it. Well that’s all for now.

hey all, after months and months of hard work, we officially launched ebandLive.com today. ebandLive provides professionally designed band (music) websites backed by a powerful content management system with loads of features. The company was founded by me and started out as an idea I had back in 2005. Obviously I sat on the idea for a very long time before finally acting on it in 2006. But it wasn’t until December of 2007 that I got things in order enough to begin architecting this massive undertaking. Now that ebandLive is off the ground there is still much work to do. Let me tell ya, there are so many great things to come. I’m so excited!

Western Fifth’s “Stand Like A Thief” has officially been printed. I got my copy a few days ago. It looks great. Be sure to pick up a copy at one of their shows. Inside is a poster insert with lyrics and the other side is a full page art piece by moi (that’s ‘me’ to the layperson).

Josh (bassist) stopped over a few minutes ago and I just got my copy of the Western Fifth CD and poster and they look great! Once I get over to the studio (maybe tomorrow) I’ll photograph it to add to the portfolio. CopyCats Media did the pressing and printing and it looks awesome. The band leaves for tour this Wednesday. A fan of Wilco? You all should really check them out! Anyway, that’s all I have to say…
